Tracking the actual vs budgeted costs of each cost code and warranty repairs associated with a new home from start to finish allowing for a full understanding of profitability of each home and community as well as overall vendor performance tracking. 

Our team has developed a management process and set of metrics to manage law firm profitability at all levels.  The metrics are utilized similarly to how GMROI (gross margin return on investment) metrics are utilized as profitability measurements within wholesale/retail spaces.  The new metrics are derived from billable hours and cash realization with costs allocated to the lowest level.  The model provides easy visibility to overall firm profitability as well as by Office, Practice Area, Billing Attorney and Timekeeper and identifies key factors impacting profitability facilitating more effective management decision making for law firms of all sizes.
